Course Description
A practical course in drawing and watercolour focusing on the study of seasonal fruits, rich in their varied colours, shapes and textures.
Participants will learn to draw by observation, mix colours, build light and shade, and use glazing, layering and dry brush techniques.
Course Language: English.
Session duration: Two hours – remote – online – on the Zoom platform.
Full cycle. 10 sessions, totalling 20 hours of training.

You must provide the necessary tools yourself for this workshop, and here is a list of tools we recommend, but you can use what you have available:
- Pencil grade 2H
- Eraser
- Watercolour brushes: a medium brush and a fine detail brush
- smooth watercolour paper
- Watercolours
- White tile or palette for mixing colours
- Tissues
About the Teacher
Chiffon Doherty is an award-winning Irish vegan artist who specialises in watercolour painting.
Her works combine scientific observation with artistic expression.
