This workshop takes participants on a journey into the world of natural colors, starting from raw material sources such as plants, stones, and insects, all the way through the steps of dye extraction and color preparation. Participants will learn the history of natural color production and its uses in traditional and contemporary arts, with practical application that will allow them to create their own natural color from start to finish.

Trainer

Mohammed Ibrahim Al-Wadaei - Visual Artist and Professional Trainer from Saudi Arabia
Specialising in traditional arts and studying at the Royal Institute of Traditional Arts in Riyadh. He works at the Ministry of Culture and presents courses and workshops at various institutions, including the Royal Institute of Traditional Arts, Misk Art Institute, and cultural centres.
He is known for his ability to simplify the concepts of colour production and communicate them to participants in a practical way that combines authenticity and creativity.
