This course provides a practical introduction to Rumi ornamentation, which is one of the most important decorative elements in Seljuk, Ottoman, and gilding arts.
Participants learn about its historical origins and formal characteristics,
And they are trained to analyse and draw its units, and to apply symmetry, repetition and rhythm.

Course duration: 18 training hours.
Duration: 9 sessions, at two hours per session.
